After 13 years, I’m discontinuing all my tutorials on January 1st.

This isn’t about me stepping back…I’m not! It’s about moving forward. Maintaining the infrastructure for these legacy courses has become expensive and time-consuming, and I’m ready to focus my energy on new directions for teaching polymer clay. If anything, I’m leaning in. Expect to see me around for a long time to come!

But before I discontinue those tutorials, I’m running a sale so you can fulfill your tutorial wish list. The sale runs through December 31st. After that, these 11 tutorials will permanently disappear from the shop. (Don’t worry…you can still download tutorials you’ve already purchased. See below.)

Will I lose access to tutorials I’ve already purchased?

You’ll have access through early 2026. Please download the PDFs now. Once I migrate away from this system, the online access goes away. The PDF is yours to keep forever, and I want to make sure you have it saved. (Just log into your account, then look for the “my courses” tab.)

Why are you doing this?

The honest answer? Two things. First, the software and maintenance overhead have become unsustainable. And secondly, I need to let these tutorials go so I can focus on new projects. I’ve loved these tutorials, but it’s time to move on and create space for new ways of teaching and sharing.

Is Insiders closing?

No, it’s growing and thriving! The supportive philosophy that we have in Blue Bottle Insiders is something I’m bringing more and more into my work throughout the polymer clay community at large.

Are you retiring?

Absolutely not. I’m shifting gears and building new ways to learn, using more modern platforms and ways of learning. You’ll still see me teaching, writing, and sharing, just without being locked into this particular format. This will free me to devote more of my time to Blue Bottle Insiders and also to developing new tutorials with fresh perspectives.

What if I don’t buy now?
