Oh those little crumbs. They can drive you crazy. Here’s a simple tip.
I use these 1/8 size baking pans as my actual baking pans (they fit nicely in small countertop ovens). But they also fit into the base of an Atlas 180 pasta machine.
If you have an Atlas 150 or if your pan doesn’t fit, try using a box lid instead. Or a lid from a cookie tin. Look around and see what you can find at home.
