Day 44 – Connections

This is Day 44 of my 100 Days of Wall Art project. You can learn more about my 100 Day Project here.

About this Piece

I’ve been toying with this idea for years in one way or another. Recently, one of our Insiders members (Amy Goldin) posted one of her iPhone box assemblages that featured little translucent red disks connected with thread and wrapped around the box. She, in turn, had been inspired by a window display during a recent trip to Philadelphia. After Amy posted her Day 43, I knew I wanted to finally bring my “connected dots” idea into the light. Here’s my first attempt.

I’m so glad to be connected to such creative people. And I love that our ideas flow from one to another as if we were connected with invisible threads. I think it’s one of life’s most magical things.
