Day 55 – Shell Game

About this Piece

I started with some olive green scrap clay, cut to a square size. But had no idea what to do with it. I rooted through my textures. Nothing jumped out at me. I considered stencils. Meh. I wanted some translucency. Some shape. So I called on an old favorite. I’ve been making these translucent shell bowls for several years now, and they’re always fun.
